Service Awards
Each year, the Martin Gatton College of Agriculture, Food, and Environment honors employees with service awards to recognize milestones for various years of service to the University. Active employees who have completed 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, or 50 years of regular employment with the University in the previous calendar year are eligible to receive these awards.
Recipients can choose from a variety of pins and charms, as well as our most popular option, personalized wood products proudly made by our very own Robinson Center for Appalachian Resource Sustainability (RCARS). We're proud to make these incredible wood products exclusively available to members of our college. Recipients will also receive a letter and certificate.

Who is eligible?
Active employees who have completed 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, or 50, etc years of regular employment with the University in the previous calendar year are eligible to receive these awards.
Can I choose a different anniversary gift than the one I qualify for? For example, I'm celebrating my 10th anniversary but would prefer the gift for a 5th anniversary.
Certainly! You can choose the gift associated with your current anniversary year (10th in this case) or any previous anniversary you haven't received a gift for (like the 5th).
I have a special request for an employee that isn't eligible for the college order collection process
