The Dr. Lisa P. Collins Outstanding Staff Awards program recognizes staff that go above and beyond out of more than 2,000 employees. Staff are nominated by their peers in the college and presented with the award at a ceremony in honor of all the nominees for that year.

Each year, the Martin Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment recognizes employees with service awards to commemorate and acknowledge milestones for varying years of service to the University.

Employees completing 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 and 50 years of regular employment with the University during the previous calendar year are eligible to receive their service award.

As part of our extensive mentorship program, there is a quarterly drawing for a cash prize of 250 dollars. All mentors who have completed a 6 month pairing during that time frame are eligible.
